PRCode: 4GP = windshield tinted with sun band and viewing window for vehicle identification number.

Is my car the only one without the sun band in the windshield? I have never seen another car in California without it.

Is there anybody else without one on their A6?

My 2012 did not come with a sun band. But I had one put on when I had my windows tinted. Perhaps that is what you are seeing on all the other cars?

I too installed the sun band when I had the windows tinted but I park my 2014 A6 next to my friends 2014 S5 and he has the factory sun band.
I find it very strange that Audi does not standardize this feature that is standard on just about every car costing more than $15K.
