Anyone know where I can find the barrel clip that goes on the Sun Visor?

I've seen people use a small piece of hard plastic tubing to replace the barrel piece that breaks off. There's even a picture of someone using a clear plastic pen to fix it. Being clear you really can't see it so it doesn't look out of place.

Audi apparently doesn't sell that part separately (I've only seen the clips but not the rod), only the whole visor, with and without garage door opener and it's crazy priced new:
