Default Start of project allroad!

Hi guys, I started my allroad mods a few days ago, she'll be a work in progress for a while but I love feedback and ideas so I thought i'd chuck a few pics for you to check out!

I had a friend airbrush the Y pipe as riveted steel for a classy and striking look without being too ricey, and then added new dv's and carbon covers, I like the way it comes together and is nice and clean, i've a blank top grille to go and she went to the bodyshop for colour coding all the bumpers and skirts, seems to be common but the best thing to tie the whole car together, plus it looks great! :-)

Hi guys! I'm back :-)and with another update! I've had 2 weeks off work and thought it'd be the best time to go hard with 'Helga' time while I don't need her that she can get some paint, new shoes, tinting & exhaust work :-)

So, I had the bumpers, flares and side skirts all colour matched to the silver body, and I gotta say it really lifts the overall appearance and cleanliness. Next I had a 20% tint done and a new set of 19x8.5 wheels with an et15 fitted, I think the style and colour is the perfect choice too, I just love looking at it!

next up was the exhaust, I bought the 3inch dump pipes from the turbo from project B5 and had my mechanic sort the full 3 inch system for me, it sounds on idle and lower speeds like a throaty 300ZX, when the revs build it does get a little 'blatty' but evens out and has next to no drone on the highway, so overall at this stage i'm a very happy man!

so here's some images from when i got her and how she looks sitting in my drive!

When I got 'Helga' she was a little unloved.

Well you're doing a great job on her, by the way if you have any bits and pieces missing or broken,I've been using wolf autoparts.com in the U.S. they're pretty good. Cheers Franz

Major improvement! Gorgeous.
But, what is that spot low on the rear fender between the rear door and the wheelhouse flare?
Overall, it's an amazing transformation.

Thanks for the link Franz! I'll certainly check it out :-) always good to have a few places to turn too when things go south eh!

and Mike, thank you very much! I believe my ideas have come to fruition well with a great result! the little darker bit appears to what was left of some stone chip protectant that had hardened and discoloured over time, sadly my budget didn't allow me to get into that detail yet, maybe down the line I'll fix all those little parts :-)
