Default Polarizing the Audi

This is Shadowfax's son but just giving the update on the 4000s. We polarized the voltage regulator and it seemed to do the trick, however, i assume we fried it because the battery stoped charging and the volt gauge was reading below 12 (we decided to turn on all of the electronics to see what would happen with the volt gauge). The voltage regulator that fried was the Bosch so we swapped it for a Hella. We did the same to the Hella (as far as polarizing) and worked great. Took the car for a ride and no problems thus far. Thanks to everyone who posted on our problem.
