lookin for a single pass intercooler for my 5000, preferably one that allows the attachment of a BPV as close to the throttle body as possible.

installing my chip tomorrow, and weighing my options. toss up between using a BPV designed for the stock dual pass intercooler, or getting a nice new shiny single pass and the BPV.

i like the idea of dual pass...more time for the air to cool off and the narrow channels keep air velocity up. but at the same time, the U turn creates restrictions in the intake system and should the car overboost and exceed the limits of the BPV, i run the risk of blowing the cap off the end of the intercooler.

any input?

It's off a late build european 200tq.

$250. No BPV port but thats easy to solve.

Stock dual pass IC for the loss...
