Default missing major fuses in fuse box

I was reading the manual "fuses" section and compared the fuse assignment with my fuse box actual assignment

strangely a few important fuses are missing:
panel A fuse 12: steering 5A
panel B fuse 6: steering 35A

any ideas why?

I would assume that those are for the dynamic steering, which you probably don't have. I don't know if its even offered here.
