Finish from touching up paint chips

I've had quite a few paint chips on my hood that needed touch up.
After waxing the finish around those spots is matte, any suggestions on how to get the shine back would be greatly appreciated!

You need to remove the wax and then use a touch up paint. Audi dealers have them.
You might consider then having a clear bra applied to prevent future chips
