Kiwi Audi

I have a 2003 A4 2.4 V6 Audi that is surging. It is ok with acceleration but when you take your foot of accelerator to cruise it surges only slightly when under 2000rpm's.

The drivers side window only has a intermitant fault and only works some times. When the window stops it also stops the side rear view mirrors from being electronicaly adjusted but seems to come right on its own but only for a short while.
