Default The caliper guide pins should be relubed at the same biennial fluid flush interval ....

Historically, I get about 100K out of OE front pads and 150K on rears.

Default Lubed with what? Nothing is going to last long there...

and heat will also be an issue. I can think of only lithium grease and maybe graphite that could handle the heat.

Default Not true! Nothing special about lithium grease, temp wise or other wise. I use CV joint grease...

You don't service your guide pins at regular bleed intervals?

Of course lube will last there. IIRC, they even make a specific grease just for guide pins.
