Just spoke with my local Audi dealership and they said there were no map updates for my '12 Q5 P+ with Nav. That strikes me as so odd!!

Your dealer does not know it is doing its job. Tell him to change his current job.
Maybe it's better that he sells pots and pans

I think that it should be available, I can not currently check

The same map data for: A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q3, Q5, Q7, RS series.
Only difference is the firmware upgrade, because of different hardware

Yes, as Spijun said, it's available, at least for the hard drive-based system. As with the others, you need both the data and the activation license, which are >$500 at most dealerships. There also seems to be a 2014 update but no corresponding activation document....not sure what that's about. Maybe others know.

Thanks so much guys! Yeah my dealer quotes me $550 for parts and labor.

Not sure if it's worth it.
