If it is Floating, laminated floor, very hard to screw up.

My father was in this feild back home,
tried to do it here, But people do not wanna pay for the Right way,
they rather go cheap, faster way.
most will sell it before any serious problems.

in the houses it is "Easy" wood sub floor,
but in the condo, with "stone" it is much more complicated.
#1 it is must be 100% level & strait thru out your apartment.
#2 make sure you get proper sound barier, or else you will get to know the people living under you.
