Fuel gauge not working

Hello

I have a 2006 audi a6 3.0 tdi Quattro Le Mans. The fuel gauge doesn't work and I have tried removing the instrument cluster fuses and replacing them and it hasn't worked.

Anyone got any ideas?

It's not the gage, it's the fuel pump sensor. Search for threads started by me. You will see these is a TSB on this. Not too expensive to fix.

Just use the link in my signature to get to the TSb library that I set up with Dr. cold. The flukes gauge TSB is in the library.

Audi a6 fuel gauge

I forgot to mention that the range wasn't working aswell, am i still looking at the problem being the fuel sensor?
