brakes lock up
I just changed the rear brakes on my 98 a6 quattro. I read the tech article 10 times and I don't see what I missed. The brakes are applied all the time not sure what is going on.

A few questions ...
The only thing that occurs to me is that one or both pistons weren't fully retracted, and that after new pads were installed, the brake is essentially "on".
What did you use to press/screw the pistons back into the caliper? As in the pic, were the pistons screwed all the way back in, to the point that they were flush with the dust seal? Was it easy to slip the caliper over the pad carrier and new pads, or did you have to force it?
