Default Climate control noise??
Newbie here. I just bought an '01 QTTC and have had it for about a month (and LOVE it!!). I noticed that when I have the climate control on i hear a very low squeaky fan noise? that is difficult to describe. When I turn off the climate control it goes away after about a second or two. Anyone know where this is coming from or how to fix?? Thanks in advance.

Default I had the same problem...
They replaced the whole unit in the dash under warranty. Could be expensive if you are paying on your own.

I think they all do that. Mine did it when it was "almost new". Still does but I dont notice anymore

Default Mine makes a hard-to-describe noise too. Hasn't gotten worse in 2 yrs...

Im told its a small fan that draws in cabin air through the little slots to sample cabin air.
