That looks like more than 6% off the msrp which is what im getting for an order. You might be close to or below invoice (not having numbers handy) so with that said you look like your onto a pretty sweet deal. Make sure numbers are correct and no other dealer fees etc but I would probably buy at that price then to put down 5K on a lease. Just depends on how long you keep your cars etc.
