Default Audi Reports November U.S. Sales by Model

It looks like Audi US had another strong month in November this year. The A6/S6 was significantly up year over year 32.5% for the month and 15.3% YTD. The SUVs have also been cranking out with the Q5 Audi's biggest seller this year, outpacing the historically #1 A4/S4. While the A7/S7 was up in Nov, interestingly, it's off a bit YOY.
It must have been end-of-lease turn ins or new model year turnover from early Fall as CPOs were notably up last month.
One the one hand, it's great to see Audi growing in the U.S. and moving up in segment market share but on the other, it burnishes our ownership exclusivity to some degree.

strangely enough, with the decent number of A6s sold I still rarely see one one the road. A4 and Q5 are plenty though especially the 2.0 model. Last week I took a 200miles round trip from NJ to CT, saw 0 A6 on the road

I see plenty new A6's (several every day) in Westchester County, NY.
I see A7 is down a bit. I wonder if consumers finally are over the novelty and see how odd looking it really is. Every time I see one I think that the back end is so weak looking and kinda like a 1950 Buick special.

I am very impressed as a newbie Audi owner, I can see why their sales are booming. I do have to wonder at what point the upward trajectory levels out. I am 3300 miles in and just loving this car, probably the best car I have ever owned, makes me proud to have German heritage as I can appreciate the level of engineering.

I am also seeing more and more A6 on the road here in NJ. In fact, I will be getting another car as a daily driver and make the A6 a weekend car. One less on the road now lol

I see them all the time on Rt 80 and when I went to CT over thanksgiving I lost count. More A4's, but many A6's and I think one S6 (other than mine )

I rarely see them in NYC. And when I do, they're normally base model 2.0Ts.

I would assume it has to do with the reduced need for all wheel drive but few A6's here around Atlanta. A lot of Q5's due to the SUV aspect. Its interesting as I have 3 Audi dealerships within 45 mins or less from my home....

I would have to agree with keithl, this car is one of my better cars I have owned, if not the best. Everytime I get in, short drive long drive or passenger or driver, I think, "Wow, this is engineering."

I see quite a bit of A6's here in Phoenix, but not many C7's. Very, very many Q series and A4's, but as for A6 and above, it is pretty limited in respect to the newer generations.

Iwas about to say I see more and more here in north metro area outside Atlanta, I see one or more almost every day now.
