Default What do you think of this service history?

I found a CPO 2013 allroad I really like and am seriously considering. Its service history has me a little concerned, though, so I'd like to ask opinions. It has about 19K miles and is a good deal. Here is a recap of the history:

7/3/12, 5 miles pre-delivery inspection

10/15/12, 5936 miles 5k maintenance
Steering gear programmed
Vehicle elect system ECM programmed
Multimedia operating unit programmed

11/2/12 6833 miles leak diagnosis pump r+r
Fuel gauge sender 2 r+r
ACF valve r+r

5/24/13 16197 miles 15k maintenance
Sliding roof cleaned

7/16/13 18221 miles fuel gauge sender 2 r+r
Activated charcoal filter r+r
Operating controls r+r

7/30/13 activated charcoal filter r+r
Fuel gauge sender r+r
Fuel gauge sender 2 r+r

8/6/13 18707 miles technical check
Window motor r+r

8/29/13 18814 miles steering gear programmed

It was sold and serviced by the same dealer where I would be buying it. The service manager says all is good, no issues with fuel gauge or anything else. He implied the issue was an overly picky/difficult customer.

I would appreciate any and all thoughts and advice!

I really cannot say anything without a price. If the dealer is selling this for $15,000, I say go for it - it's a steal. If they are selling it for $45,000, I say no. It's really hard to say without the asking price.

13 allroad prestige, CPO, 19" wheels, sport package, full paint, black/black/aluminum, audicare, 18K. Price is ~$39K.

I'm not really concerned about the cost of repairs, as it would be covered by warranty the entire time I owned it. I have no tolerance for repeated repairs/service visits, though.

To me, it seems the service record logged on normal maintenance checks, except for the "Leak". The steering gear reprogram is a problem not only for the allroad but for all electromagnetic steering system on new Audis - I see 2 instances on the service record. I would say, negotiate some more.

They ask for $39.9K for mine with only 4,070 miles. While I only have Premium Plus, I still got Navigation, Sports Package, Sports seats, body color options, Audi care too. I negotiated another $2.8K. Obviously, this car's original MSRP would be higher since it's a prestige model, but it already has 19K miles which will be 20K+ in no time. So I say, go hardball - and negotiate. Test drive and feel the steering wheel if it is steady.
