Default In Need of Nav Software/DVD

I have 05 A6 4.2 and I am in need of the DVD software for the Nav unit. Can anyone point me in the right direction, and I am not talking about Navteq's site or e-bay. A torrent with actual seeders would be nice.

I'm betting you'll also be the first in line for the cheapest chinese *simulated Audi parts.
One little hint ..as soon as Audi hooks it up to the computer it reads a non-audi navtec disk.

I just purchased the latest update from NavTeq for my 05 A6 4.2. If you want my 05 NAV DVD - I will sell it to you - might not be the latest, but at least you have a legit disk.

Let me know.

They would care if their intellectual property was copied illegally.

Na. I contacted Navteq to purchase a disc, but, the sales guy advised that a new/updated disc would be coming out in the next month or so and I should just wait. The disc works fine.

You are a funny guy though

Default haha easier said than done

I dont think they are going to have their techs check everyones nav disc when they go in for service...

if it really mattered they would remove all the torrents from online. piracy doesnt look like it cant be stopped any time soon.

audi isnt the only one, theres bmw, cadillac, mercedes, acura, and pretty much every other car maker are also getting the nav discs' duplicated.

You can actually lock up the MMI using a bootleg disk..do you really want to put a torrent disk in your Audi..damn!
Audi owners budget for a Navtec every 5 years..better yet, take advantage of buying one here as offered, you don't need the latest map unless your still delivering pizzas

BTW..you need a firmware update if you have v5 or below Navtec.
