where can i get the RS6 side panels on the door that sit rite above the side skirts on the RS6?

I think you mean the "door blades"

The RS has the wider blade, but I believe they are the same as the ones on the 4.2 C5. ECSTuning has them, but you can buy them at many other places.

FWIW RS6 side skirts obviate the need for 4.2/S6-style extended door blades such that RS6 door blades are perfectly flat and flush with the door skins they attach to.
