Help: Radio Mute switch from Aux out jack?
Looking for advice for a relative newbie...
I bought a Garmin C550 and wired the unit directly to the fuse box...
The GPS has integrated bluetooth for the phone that I want to take advantage of - the only output is a stereo output jack.
Is there a way to create a switch to ground the radio mute wire in the car? I've searched and read about possible using a relay. Had anyone done this or does anyone know how to actually create/buy something like this?
