For you and CV....40 in the tire size is a size in proportion to the width...
so its not fixed 40mm or whatever you think it is, its, and now I can't rememeber, but say 40%(its not that measure) of the width, so 40% of 225mm is less than 40% of 245mm. But, as Keegan says, if his rear is stretched a lot on the rim, natuarly that sidewall is no longer perpendicular but angled towards the inside(center) of the wheel and thus total rolling diameter becomes same or very similar to the fronts, in his case.

yes, aspect ratio. When I said I was confused, I was referring to Keegan in saying they were the
same rolling diameter, before he posted about how stretched they were which causes the overall diameter to decrease...
