Folks I went into the hidden menu and went into activate the cd ripping and the menu is slightly different than previous screens you see on youtube. Once you go into Diagnose/Settings/Import Media you will see two words "copying" on one line and "ripping" on a second line with activation boxes next to each word. In my case both were already checked off. I reset the mmi went out put a cd in and hit import. The CD is still greyed out. So this change doesn't work. Now the only thing that might be is the default being checked off might mean that function is off when checked off. Any thoughts on that, I haven't gone back in to check to see if that works. Any thoughts??
