Know this an old thread, but trying this on my 2009 Q7. I've gotten the menu up, but all suspension options are greyed out. Any suggestions?

Hello, i had the same problem missing seuspension setup on A6 4F. I was able to get it back tahnks to this forum. But most of the possitions are still grayed. Diagnostic shows 0 errors in the suspension unit. Any idea what can cause the problem? If i try to move up and down via vcds it works so it seems to me that still is something uncorrect in the mmi.

Some components are faulty. Adaptive suspension only shows up when everything is working, not sure what you did with VCDS. If the system sensed the struts leak or valve block is faulty then it won't show up. It seems you used VCDS to turn on Lift mode and got stuck there. People who use VCDS tend to break the control system. When you're in lift mode, the pump doesn't work, hence self leveling system turned off. Get out of the lift mode then may be others will show up.
