Only way it turns on is if I bypass the interface itself
But then it says no signal to the modules which of course cause I bypassed them

Have you considered the possibility that your MMI is faulty?
The MMI easily gets damaged from water intrusion. Over the life of my car, I have replaced mine twice.

I ve been checking and replacing fuses also new battery old was at 10v
cleaned the center console plus taken apart and cleaned
Checking for the fiber optic loop signal Through the modules and still no where
