It's my buddy.. lives up in Seattle. There is another in town, who imported his a few years ago.
My friends has the US spec with the 2.0L GM supercharged engine... the other one is the honda motor. Apparently, there are 4 more US spec Atoms slated for Seattle.

I see. Just got an email from Brammo today saying their good deal pricing from GM ends at the
end of the year, and that the car's price will increase $4500 for all orders placed after Dec 29.
