NAV in A4 uses identical MMI software interface found in A6 and A8...

... only the button location is different.

It's still a different system and Audi HAS an IPod solution for the A4

MMI is running different OS than RNS-E even they look alike.

GUIs are similar, that's all. Features, hardware and cabling are different.

MMI systems use MOST (fiber) for device links.
