Default Coolant leak into oil...Blown HG or Vacuum issue

Dipstick has milky white substance all in it, in vacuum lines and big hose at the back of the engine has the milky substance all in it. Had a compression test done a while back and here are the numbers:
Cylinder 1: 180 psi
Cylinder 2: 155 psi
Cylinder 3: 155 psi
Cylinder 4: 180 psi
I've replaced several things before I parked the car and bought a new one, but I want to get it back up and on the road again. Some of the items include oil pump, oil cooler, turbo, timing belt, water pump, rollers, pcv valve numerous check valves, oil pressure sender unit/switch...the list goes on. I'm trying to determine if its ultimately a blown HG, but if my numbers are good, should I start to troubleshoot the vacuum system or maybe even the block for a coolant leak. Basically, I'm white smoking substantially, and coolant is getting in the oil. I've done the whole autorx treatment as well as flushed the whole engine out with diesel. If compression numbers are good, is it still possible that its a blown HG? Thanks for any input, I gotta get started working on this thing again or it just gonna sit there.

Yes, you can have a blown head gasket and still have fine compression readings. Suggest to remove the head and inspect the gasket and head. Looking at your compression values, you have an issue between cylinder 2 & 3. The head is most likely warped. If you had a leaking rear coolant flange for a while, this will cause the head to warp and coolant will seep into the cylinders overnight and cause rough running or misfires when started cold.

Thanks for the info. I'm actually thinking about finding a good rebuilt engine and either rebuild the one I have or trade the core in.
