An audi guy who went to toyota decided to come back and had questions about the A3....
but nevermind. i've been reading the forum. A3 drivers are like tt drivers.
i think i might go with the gti instead.
you gotta admit though, from the outside looking in you are kinda dweeblike.

actually scion
owned audis forever. even read a "History of Progress". kind of fancy myself as a "poor man's" aficionado....but for me the A3 is basically a yuppie GTI. i came to get advice in that regard but i believe i will get TT advice (i.e., the baseball interior is awesome, nudge, nudge, wink, wink).

i bought the scion when my audi 90 was costing more than it was worth and the scion gave me bang for buck. but i miss audi (vw) and am thinking about coming back.

Hey, I wanted a nicely decked out 5 door hatch. Used restraint and waited years for it.
The VW was too boy racer and I didn't want to keep explaining that the GTi was my car, and didn't belong to whatever male happened to be riding along :-) The Q-ship appearance also helps fly under cop radar and surprise all kinds of other drivers - heh, heh, heh.
The GTi is a great car, but I prefer some upmarket style with my performance.
