Thank you!

Thank you!
New Audi World member here.
First off, I'd like to thank everyone who has bloodied their knuckles and pulled out their hair, figuring out almost everything that has to do with tinkering on these machines. The search function has yielded a great wealth of information that I am in the process of using as I type this.
I recently picked up a 1997 A6 (C4 platform) with the 12 valve 2.8 liter V6. I've been waiting for the CEL to shine and sure enough, it came on within one hundred miles of owning this car. I went to Autozone for the free scan and it yielded an EGR insufficient air code. Luckily for me, the users on this site already have everything figured out. From the links to pictures to complete write ups, I feel confident servicing the EGR/ throttle body units. I plan to use the "natwhite.mnsi" write up, coupled with a post from Lago Blue with tool pics and possibly the Audiboy mod ( although the discussion on that has gone both ways).
Future fixes:
Slight oil leak (not sure where it is)
Reprogramming drivers seat memory (went by the book, hasn't worked yet)
Dash shift light tree
New key fob and reprogramming
Finding lower bumper left and right grilles (for fog lights)
Again, thank you to all for the great information. I'm looking forward to using and contributing to this site.
