One other writeup I have that again is just an after thought. I used a dremel to make small holes in the door handles on all four doors on the interior. I removed the door panels and placed 12 volt flat top red LED's from radio shack. I wired them into the + and - of the power windows with a connector in the middle so that the door panel can easily be removed in the future without having to cut the connections.

The LED's are on anytime there is power to the windows. They stay with the OEN red light look of the Audi and provide a mild red glow in the handled so they are easy to find at night. As soon as the key is taken out AND a door is opened the LEDS turn off. The rear LED's were disabled if the windows locks were on with the way that I wired them. The only other mods I did with the windows was the 1 touch auto up and down, and the key fob windows up/down. Poor writeup I know, but I thought it was pretty cool and I have not seen any other B5's set up this way. Please feel free to ask any questions.
