Why do you need access to the crank shaft pulley?

If your a DYIer you should buy a Bentley

You dont remove the radiator, you slide the carrier to the service position, the radiator is part of the carrier

Lock Carrier Service PositionSpecial tools, testers and auxiliary items required
Service position front end 3369
Removing
Loosen quick release screws - 1 - and - 2 - and remove noise insulation.
Remove left and right front wheel housings Wheel Housing Liner
Remove front bumper.
Remove left and right headlights Electrical Equipment - Repair Group 94 .
Unscrew bolts on lower left and right lock carrier.
Remove hood seal on both fenders.
Unscrew 2 screws - arrow - on upper left and right lock carrier.
Turn special tool for Service Position Front End 3369 left and right in holes for lock carrier screws to unscrew the respective screws.
Unthread remaining bolts - arrows - at left and right.
Push lock carrier forward carefully.
Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:
Install lock carrier with attachments.
Allow torque arm stop to make contact with rubber buffer with own weight and tighten bolts - arrow - .
Install headlights Electrical Equipment - Repair Group 94 .
Install front bumper.
Check headlight adjustment Repair Manual, Maintenance .
Tightening torque

I misplaced my discs and they were on an old pc that crashed. Anyone with pics? I've removed the bumper and headlights before so the tool is the only thing I'm wondering about. Is it necessary? Appreciate.

No worries I completely forgot we can download from Bentley online. For anyone that needs to put the car in the service position there is no need for the tool (bolts). Just unscrew the bolts from the bumper and you can use them as the tool. They are the same size diamater and long enough. Works perfect.
