Left car for three weeks in below zero weather, returned to find rear suspension flat.
When I started the car the little yellow air suspension icon came on in the dash and the compressor activated and filled up the rear suspension air bags. Both the right and left air bags appeared to have been down the same amount.

That sometimes happens in very cold weather
the air volume decreases when it's cold and so the car goes down. Park it in a garage overnight and see if it sags at all to make sure you don't have any leaks.

that's pretty damn cold
I parked mine on a sunny day in the 60's once and then came out at 15F at night and the car did the blinky light thing, but I didn't notice if it was low.

Definite possibility. Happened to me with tires driving from San Diego to Jackson Hole last month.
I was driving a friend's Subie Outback with fresh Blizzaks mounted , and noticed it was very squirrely once the roads got icy, like it wanted to fishtail all over, almost like it was constantly hydroplaning.
I immediately thought air pressure/flat tire, and sure enough once I pulled over and added about 14 PSI to the tires, all was well again.
The tires were mounted in San Diego at around 72ºF , and at the point I stopped it was about 3ºF. The tires were around 40PSI when I left (car fully loaded with gear, rocket box, etc). When I stopped they were around 28 PSI, which was under-inflated for the heavy load. I popped them up to 42 PSI and all was well again... mostly b/c of the temp change (increase in elevation factors in too).
Something to remember.
