Default CQ fuse #4 short

So i keep blowin this fuse and I have began ripping my interior apart trying to find it. It's the fuse for the radio, board computer, dome lights, cig lighter, reading lights, A/C control unit, make up mirror lights (wish they didn't make these on the driver side, makes the road more hazardous if you know what i mean) and trunk light. I've started the hunt for the short but I was wondering if anybody else here has had this issue or is it a common issue with one of those specific components. I'm basically trying to make this search as quick as possible. The really weird thing is that this happened after I replaced the battery so I'm extremely puzzled. I checked all the wiring in the radio harness and a/c harness but not behind the dash and from what I can tell it is insulated all the way to the fuse box. The last owner did install aftermarket rear lo-freq speakers and the wiring to them looks a little odd but ive disconnected the radio and clipped the harness wires going to them. i almost feel like god doesnt want me to succeed in fixing this. any help or advice is appreciated.

yea i disconnected that guy, I've already ripped all the trim out, might as well pull the dash, that might solve even more problems anyway.
