Default Turbo Size

I have a 02 A4 Quattro 1.8t, and would like to know if anyone has an idea of what size the factory turbo is. It almost looks like a t25. I have a t3/t4 Turbonetics turbo i would like to install, but i dont know if the flanges are the same. Any help would be appreciated.

Stock turbo is a K03. Not familiar with the compatibility with a T3 or T4. Would call someone like APR for advice unless someone on here knows more.

If you want to install a t3/t4 turbo you'll need to change your exhaust manifold and down pipe.

The flanges on the turbo wouldn't match of with the factory parts. They do make "eliminator" style turbos which are bigger than stock but will still mat up to the factory down pipe and manifold.

Do a Google search for a "T3 Audi 1.8T exhaust manifold" This will pull up tons of info and links.
