smoke from under the front passenger side floor Q7 2012
Hello. I have recently bought Q7 2012 model(204 HP). I NOTICED one MORNING WHEN I STARTED THE ENGINE FOR 2 MINUTES THEN SWITCHED IT OFF. white smoke appeared from underneath the floor of front passenger seat for few minutes. Then I checked under the floor, there was a small exhaust pipe ending under the front set floor with its own system separate from the main exhaust pipes . I am not sure what it is it and whether it is normal to have this smoke. Please help.

This is the exhaust from the Webasto auxiliary heater. It is not smoke, just steam.
The heater runs automatically until a preset coolant temperature is reached.
I thought all cars after about 2010 had an electric heater fitted - does yours have the four zone climate control or was it specified as an option?
