01 brake light replacement in window

Anyone know how to replace the five bulbs in the center brake light in the rear window?

thanks for that. I kinda thought it would be that way, but it will not slide away from the window to take it off!

do I have to take the back panel and bose speakers off first to get it to slide out to change those?
