I don't own a Q7, but
... if the Q7 is similar to all the other Audi's produced in the last 10 years, there is a little rocker switch in the right stalk on the steering wheel (the one that activates the wipers) that allows you to scroll through the different functions of the trip computer (average mpg, current mpg, time driven, miles left in tank at current mpg, etc.).
If you don't have the little rocker switch, your truck might not be equipped with the trip computer feature.
