Default check your insurance policy
Theres a good chance they cover it.

NYS is mandaded by law to have full glass coverage on all insurance policies.

Default I've email them, they aren't providing very clear answers:
policy says '$1000 deductable and full glass'

it is a NYS policy, in which case if you're right then I'm taken care of...

Default You are all set
'$1000 deductable and full glass' means you have full glass coverage, and there is no deductible. Call up the ins company and you should be all set. Mine let me chose who installed it but they also offer a list of places if you don't have one in mind.

i think they have to give you the choice in NY.

I went with PPG but if i were to do it again I would have went for OEM.
