Most modern amps have a slight delay after receiving the remote on signal from the h/u, specifically to avoid the on/off pop you've described.

Nice work with the sub install, i might try the fibreglass thing. It'd be nice to get half my boot space back.

So now I will be putting some two part epoxy on later in july...when I have some time.

Thanks again for the tips on the amp tuning...need to go turn the HP on (been runing the fronts full range out of ignorance(hope no big deal)).

I think with the fronts only running highs I will def hear the sub more....then I just need to do a grill of sorts(have the standard on now for protection).

Do you have any suggestions for my amp pop problem...its not that important just worries me.
