1998 Audi A6 2.8 Quattro Remote key not working.
Hello fans of 4rings,
My car remote key just stopped working, the key works fine manually but I noticed that the red LED that normally beeps on driver's door when locked doesn't beep anymore but still beeps on the passenger 's door.
Someone please help.

Read your owner's manual and sync the key to the car.
If it won't sync, you'll have to go to a dealer and get the codes read or use VCDS, it could be a bad central locking module. The car IS 18 years old.

Dealers scare me
Where exactly is this central locking mod, I wanna have a look at it. I don't have the manual, Am as far as Nigeria , west Africa, no dealers, just china parts for sale, so i fix my car and it still rides like new. U can send me any PDF that can guide me thru.
