Angry Help! 2.0fsi idle problems

The car
2009 audi a4 2.0tfsi only thing not stock is K&N cold air Intake

Symptoms:
1.Hard start (takes a long time to turn over and sounds rough at first like the engine is not lubricated well after a few seconds it quite downs and starts running.)

2.Rought idle (hangs around the 800rpm mark but sounds like its struggling to stay running. I tried the oil cap test a little force pulling the cap down but no change in idle.

3.Once in drive if you step on the gas from a stop there is a one sec or so hesitation before the car will take off.

At higher rpms around 1200rpms or so it seems to run fine one you get going.

I had it a shop not audi as its a 300 mile trip to the nearest one. It reports a misfire on all cylinders so far they replaced the following.

crankshaft sensor
coils
plugs
oil separator

the shop has found no vacuum leaks ect. I have search endlessly online for a answer. please help.

Had the same problem, finally took it to an Audi dealer who found a clogged fuel injector and carbon build up.

Well took it to Audi 2 weeks later still there have of course thrown more parts at it still no resolution. Thinking it might be time to count the losses and switch vehicles. By the time its fixed could of had a down payment on a new car.
