EGT measurement with Innovate TC-4 and LM-2

EGT measurement with Innovate TC-4 and LM-2
I have TC-4 and LM-2, but can't figure out how to get the EGT.
Sensor (red is negative) connected.
TC-4 has 12V power and ground.
Serial cable (out) to LM-2 serial in.
LM-2 powered.
Nothing.
Can someone help?
Innovate customer support useless as usual, unfortunately.
