I can confirm there is no foam on the rear door skins, just metal below the panel. The fronts do have foam though.

Thanks for your confirmation. I asked a dealer and they said there is no insulation for the rear door but another dealer said it should have some kind of insulation. So I am not sure which one is correct. Now, since you confirmed, I am all good now.

Sure I can but I don't want to. Because once you remove and re-install the panel, it won't be the same compare to factory install. So I try not to do that unless I must.
