O2/cat readiness codes showing bad, but I have no DTC/CEL/MIL.

What would cause the readiness codes to be 1 (red/not ready/etc.), even after several hundred miles of driving? I don't have any stored codes, well, other than the 16825, but even that hasn't come back lately. (16825 is the evap code.)

have you tried to run readiness generation?

and year/model/engine would be helpful

Yes, I have, several times. The primary O2s will not run the test; the secondary O2

sensors come up OK on the tests.
2001.5 Audi S4, 6 spd, 2.7tt
