Is it safe to use bleach on leather seats?

Default I agree. Good recommendation. Maybe even set a space heater up in the garage and let it run toward

the car with the windows and roof open (inside that is) until it dries.

Default Well, every car has mold spores in it.

They're pervasive in the environment. The question is whether you're providing them with conditions conducive to growth. Which is why I said, take away the moisture and you take away the mold. Of course, if there's a <i>lot</i> of mold growth in the car to begin with, then you might have an odor problem, and certain kinds of molds can be downright unhealthy in large quantities...but I didn't get the sense that it was that bad.

I'd still stay away from bleach. Just the idea of bleach on dyed leather scares me.
