Title question... Does an out-of-state title have to be notarized to get a title in FL?

Title question... Does an out-of-state title have to be notarized to get a title in FL?
I recall it does not...I am giving my Jeep to my sister and the car is already down there, but I need to get her to transfer the title.
The Ohio title requires notarization, but I don't think Florida would care, right?
