Default Parrot CK3100 volume issue with Bose Symphony

Hi folks, I have a '03 AR with Bose/Symphony head unit. It has OnStar, but I don't have a subscription. I just had a Parrot CK3100 installed and it works fine in terms of pairing, but the volume is VERY low once the engine is running. It sounds reasonably fine with the engine off, but as soon as it's running the volume drops to an unacceptable level.

Can anyone help? No one seems to know what to do (installer and Parrott). Got the Parrot brain replaced, the HU replaced and a different ground wire and nothing helped. Even the Audi tech took a look at the VAG settings (that he knew of) and couldn't help.

Any advice?

I just installed mine today. Same problem. Do you have the newest firmware (4.16)? I'm going to try that to see if it helps?
