To chip or not to chip, and if so which one?

To chip or not to chip, and if so which one?
My newly acquired S4 seems a bit down on power. I thought a chip might be a good idea.
What is the preference among the S4 owners on this board? I'm leaning towards MTM but I have heard good things about GIAC and APR...
I'm not planning to add bigger turbos or injectors. Saving my extra dollars for new tires. These Bridgestone RE 040 seem more awful every day.
What do people think of the Goodyear F1?

Most people suggest APR or GIAC...
Which is better is pure preference. APR is not as aggressive as the GIAC programming, but it isn't so far off.
I myself have GIAC.

Chip: GIAC, AMS, APR in that order for me... pass on MTM.
Get a used chip or ECU from the classifieds to save money. Just find out what letter box you are (M, H, A, T....)
As far as tires go Goodyear F1 GSD3 are one of the top 3 tires in the world right now along with Michelin Pilots and Toyo T1S in my opinion.
Bye the way... STFA.
