I must be really dumb.... Headrest won't go down.

OK, I feel really dumb posting this but I have lost my owners manual and cannot seem to get any headrests down. There is no buttons or anything to push. What do I do? Thank!

Press on the side of them.The relaease is not visible

Thanks for this - just bought my first audi (used 01 A6) and also don't have a manual and could not figure out how they go down. I love the internet :-)

Check for the manual on the little shelf under the steering column.
