I got mine two weeks ago, had 63 miles on it when I picked up. Not a big deal at all.

Mine had 39. About 4 of them came from my own test-driving the car prior to purchase.

I just picked mine up today, when I looked at it on the lot 5 days ago it had 11 miles on it and everything was still covered in plastic. I test drove it and bumped the mileage up to 15, they prepped and tinted the windows and it had 16 when I drove off with it.

My factory order had 11 miles when it arrived at the dealership all wrapped up. It had 22 when I picked it up a few hours later. Must've been one helluva test drive.

Just picked up my custom order last week, had 12 miles on it. I think under 20mi means it was only tested at the mfg and no one else test drove the car or transferred from another dealer. Anything over 20mi should means it was taken for a test drive already or was transferred.

I don't think you can definitively say that. I had 22-24, I don't remember exactly, but it's going to vary from dealer to dealer and port to port. Depending on how dealers have their various storage or parking lot setups to where they take the car for gas and detailing. If it comes off the truck at say 12 miles, but they have to move the car around a few times in their storage and they have to drive 2-4 miles for the detailing places, at that stuff is going to vary. I know mine never got test driven as I was driving them nuts about getting it ASAP. They moved it through the dealer as fast as they could and it still ended up with those miles.

In that case , I would want to know who drove it , why and where.

Of course I thought about that, but what's done is done. One thing for sure though, when I bring it in for service, I'll definitely say something about it. I'll be waiting for it (and keeping an eye on it), rather than getting the loaner and going home. I'll note the mileage and insist, NO JOY RIDING!

On a side note, my 2003 A4 had 36 miles when purchased.
